Dianne & David purchased a small independent operator in 1997 and expanded to a second office in Lake Cathie in 2001.The business expanded further in 2013 when David & Dianne purchased two further rent rolls. Now Mid North Coast Property has the largest rent roll in the area and is continually looking to upgrade systems and adopt the latest in best practice procedures so that properties under our management receive the most professional service and advice.
Dianne now leads the largest, experienced and professional team in the area and is involved on a daily basis with the operation of her Property Management team. It is with some sadness that I say goodbye to Mid North Coast Property (Formerly Raine & Horne Laurieton). I have been the owner of unit 3 for over 30 years, and for the majority of that time it has been managed as a holiday rental by the best possible staff....
During the management days, the staff at all times were efficient, reliable & helpful, and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. They have always been friendly & welcoming & a pleasure to work with, and at times- problem solve.
During the selling phase, again I have been exposed to the best possible experience. Alex Woodgate has gone out of his way to be helpful regarding every detail, which has contributed to facilitating the most seamless transaction. He was excellent during the negotiation period, but has continued to be supportive for the final stages, such as helping organise the removal of furniture & other issues, which at times can seem quite daunting to someone living a considerable distance away.
I wish to thank all staff involved, particularly Alex & Dianne Christensen, who has watched me morph from Mum with three young children, to a grandmother. Thank you all & I wish you the very best for the future.By Darien Horning
